About Me

I’m Yahaira.  Wife, business woman, and style seeker.  Welcome to my blog, where I shamelessly gush over all things fashion and share bits of my life with my husband, friends and family. We lived a not-so-average life in a small town in Florida, but your new journey has taken us across the globe to China.  My faith and family are most important and all else comes second.  That being said, I’ll confess to a healthy dependence on God,  shoes and pretty things.

I’m a bit of a rule breaker, love finding a good bargain and can make some awesome stuff shell's.

With memories of my childhood days in Connecticut and  Central Florida , you could say I’m a girl who appreciates the simple beauty found in the day to day.  My creative roots sprouted from the moment my mom started to make my sister and I dresses with the matching hair pieces ( She thought we were twins lol ). But my passion for fashion bloomed.

Although my past career choices have some what been in fashion: Target, and Theory I was able to learn in detail on how retailing works. Serving my client's was such a satisfaction, and seeing how fantastic they felt when they found that perfect dress, shirt or pair of pants that I helped choose. My current career is not in the fashion industry, but I try to bring my style and who I am were I work (of course complying to the dress code :0 ) ).

In 2009 I met the love of my life.  In the blink of an eye, we were engaged in the beautiful Island of Puerto Rico, in top of a light house in Old San Juan. Declaring our marriage vows in a romantic hotel setting in Downtown Disney, and closed that chapter in our lives.

I started All Things Yarimar, that stands for my nickname "Yari" and "Mar" means ocean in Spanish and it's one of my favorite places to be.  I don’t always have it together but certainly have fun laughing at myself along the way.  These days I spend my time keeping up with my family, my profession, and our church life. Not every table and room in my house is perfectly styled, but it's surrounded with people I love.  And that’s what really counts.

My inspiration and I hope yours as well is the following verse " For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." Psalms 139:13-14

Hope you stay to  browse in the occasional madness, and perpetual style seeking tips and comments…
